• Defects in materials (e.g., stainless steel, lid materials) or craftsmanship.

1.3 What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Accident, abuse, or misuse (e.g., drops, crushing, use in a dishwasher if not specified as dishwasher-safe).

• Neglect or improper care (e.g., using abrasive cleaners that damage finishes).

• Normal wear and tear of non-functional parts (e.g., minor scratches, scuffs, or fading of powder coatings).

• Loss or theft of the product.

1.4 The Process: Simple & Human

2. Provide Details: We may ask for a photo or short video to help us understand the problem and expedite the solution. This is for diagnosis, not to create barriers.

3. Our Resolution: If the issue is covered under warranty, we will immediately provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send the product back to us and arrange for the shipment of your repair or replacement at no cost to you. In many cases, to save you time, we may simply ship a replacement immediately.
